Joining Questionnaire

There are two levels of membership available to you

Regular Membership

Membership fee is £120.00 per year for Dentists and £60.00 for Hygienists and Therapists. This membership will enable you to access this website and its research pages, draw on the vast knowledge and experience of the Society's Members and enjoy discounts from suppliers. Since the Society's motto is: EDUCATION, TRAINING, COMPETENCE, INFORMATION, by far the most valuable benefit of joining the Society as a Regular Member, is the discount offered on training available through its members as well as selected seminars and lectures organised by others.

Gold Membership

Membership fee is £195.00 per year for Dentists and £95.00 for Hygienists and Therapists. As with Regular Membership, you will have access to this website's research pages. Your name will appear in the 'Find a Dentist' list, searchable by the general public looking for tooth whitening specialists. Please note, only Dentists will be listed there, as Hygienists and Therapists can do tooth whitening only under the supervision and prescription of the Dentist.

In order to qualify for the Gold Membership you will need to either attend a minimum 2-day tooth bleaching course (which must include hands-on practice) in the six months preceding your registration, or demonstrate your competence in tooth bleaching by means of your CV which should detail any research done, practice undertaken, papers written on the subject of tooth bleaching.

Once you are a Gold Member you will be required to attend an update event, such as an annual Conference, once every two years minimum.

If you do not want to use PayPal to pay for your fee to the Society, please download this Registration Form and after completion, send it to: Sarah Jewell, 5 Elm Terrace, Constantine Road, London NW3 2LL or info@bdbs.co.uk
